EnVision Consulting Inc. is a training and management consulting company. Founded in 2002, it is based in the heart of the Mt. Baker Foothills in NW Washington State. While Chris and Linda continue to be the company owners, they are able to engage in collaborations with other companies, consultants or trainers as the demands of any project dictate.

Linda Dorsett, MSW, MSOD

Linda is passionate about the change process – helping people, organizations and communities reach their goals.  In the roles of Organization Development Consultant, Executive Director, Psychotherapist and Author, she has accumulated over 35 years of experience guiding people through change.  Her two advanced degrees, one in Organizational Development and one in Social Work, have helped her to focus on the development of both individuals and complex systems.  In addition to managing her own small businesses, she has held leadership and consulting roles in a wide variety of businesses and community organizations.  From planning to implementation, her focus is always on driving change. 

Christopher Babin, M.Ed.

In addition to having served as Director of Corporate Education for Eddie Bauer, Chris has been an Executive Director, Manager, and Sole Proprietor. His broad range of experience is now being applied to help companies provide state of the art training and computer applications to streamline business processes. Chris has the soul of a trainer: articulate, humorous and patient. His natural abilities have been honed by over 30 years of experience in a variety of management and training roles. Computers were once a hobby for him, but since 1991, he has actively woven that interest into his professional life.
